Inspirational Social Media Sunday: Sharing through Music

social media, salty waffle, social media faith, social media faith based organizations, social media church, social media share, social media community, social media musicEver have one of those days when you are freakin’ out about something, then God comes in and everything changes? Well, today God decided to use music to do just that, and now I am sharing my story via social media to inspire others.

As I was sitting in my car, getting ready to move it away from the fire hydrant I didn’t notice two days before when I parked (praise God for no ticket!), a loaded CD began to play. At the time, I was stressed out about reaching my quota for writing to you all when suddenly the words in the song hit me. God use the song “Open my Eyes” by Jeff Anderson to put everything into perspective. It is all about him (God, in case you were wondering:). He told me “Kayla, don’t sweat the small stuff.” As I listened to this song the stress fell off me and I started to think about God’s wonderful ways. Instantly, I wanted to share this inspiring song and all it means. Because of social media I can.
